Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of psychological empowerment on employee welfare at CV Adelaides Homeware. Method: This research is a quantitative research design. This research was conducted in August 2023 at CV Adeladies Homeware. The subjects in this research were 115 respondents. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, where the sampling technique from the research population is based on certain traits and characteristics to achieve the research objectives. Data was collected using a questionnaire tool. Data analysis with simple regression. Results: Most of the respondents were women (56.5%), aged 25-28 years (72.2%), overall psychological empowerment was high. The test results in this study state that the significance for the stimulant influence of Conclusion: psychological empowerment can influence employee well-being. Keywords: Psychological Empowerment, Employee well-being. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh psychological empowerment terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan di CV Adelaides Homeware. Metode : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain . Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2023 di CV Adeladies Homeware. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 responden. Metode Sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive sampling, dimana teknik pengambilan sampel dari populasi penelitian yang didasarkan atas ciri-ciri dan suatu karakteristik tertentu untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan alat bantu kuesioner. Analisis data dengan regresi sederhana. Hasil : Sebagian besar responden adalah Perempuan (56,5%), usia 25-28 tahun (72,2%), Psychological empowerment keseluruhannya tinggi . Hasil pengujian pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa signifikansi untuk pengaruh X secara stimulant terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan F hitung 103,947 > F tabel 3,08 sehingga terdapat pengaruh antara X secara simultan terhadap variabel Y. Kesimpulan : psychological empowerment dapat mempengaruhi employee well – being. Kata Kunci: Psychological Empowerment, Employee well-being.
