Abstract

A construction project is a series of activities that are only carried out once and generally have a certain period of time. One of the most important components of a building construction today is the structureIn simple terms, a structure is a means that functions to channel the load from the presence of the building into the ground. In the use of reinforced concrete as a structural material, damage is often found in construction projects both during the construction process and after the construction process.This research uses qualitative methods, because this research analyzes the type of damage and the methods used for repair using primary and secondary data. damage that occurs to structural concrete is influenced by technical and nontechnical factors, the biggest cause is technical factors where negligence during the casting process, the repair method chosen uses the grouting method for quite severe types of damage such as structural cracks and light damage such as hair and concrete cracks. porous because it has high adhesion and durability properties as well as a fast work process and quality results. The repair process takes +- 26 days in total, the work. The cost required for repairs is +- Rp. 264,137,532.00 or 8.62% of the budget for repairs or maintenance, namely 5% of the structure contract, namely +- 3 billion. Keywords: Damage, repair methods, impact on costs and impact on time Proyek konstruksi merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang hanya satu kali dilaksanakan dan umumnya berjangka waktu tertentu. salah satu komponen yang sangat penting dari sebuah konstruksi bangunan saat ini adalah struktur pengertian sederhana struktur merupakan suatu sarana yang berfungsi untuk menyalurkan beban dari kehadiran bangunan tersebut ke dalam tanah. Dalam pemanfaatan beton bertulang sebagai material struktur, sering dijumpai kerusakan pada proyek konstruksi baik pada saat proses pelaksanaan konstruksi maupun pasca proses konstruksi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, karena penelitian ini menganalisis jenis kerusakan dan metode yang digunakan untuk perbaikan menggunakan data primer dan juga sekunder. kerusakan yang terjadi pada beton struktur dipengaruhi oleh faktor teknis dan non teknis penyebab terbesarnya adalah faktor teknis dimana kelalaian pada saat proses pengecoran,metode perbaikan yang dipilih menggunakan metode grouting untuk jenis kerusakan yang cukup parah seperti retak struktur dan kerusakan yang ringan seperti retak rambut dan beton keropos karena memiliki sifat daya rekat dan tahan yang tinggi serta proses pekerjaan yang cepat dan hasil yang dihasilkan berkualitas, Proses perbaikan yang memakan waktu 26 hari total pengerjaan. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk perbaikan adalah Rp. 264.137.532,00 atau sebesar 8,62% dari anggaran untuk perbaikan atau perawatan yaitu 5 % dari kontrak awal struktur yaitu +- 3 miliar.
