Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Independent Commissioners, Audit Committee, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Profitability and Dividend Policy on Firm Value (Empirical Study of the Banking Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2020). The population in this study are banks listed on the IDX for the 2015-2020 period, totaling 42 companies using purposive sampling technique, so that 7 companies were obtained as samples. The method of analysis in this study is panel data regression with the Eviews version 9 program. The results showed that the Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee and Dividend Policy had no effect on Firm Value. Meanwhile, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Profitability have a significant effect on Firm Value. Keywords : GCG, Profitability, Dividend Policy and Company Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Komisaris Independen, Komite Audit, Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Profitabilitas dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Pada Sektor Perbankan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2020). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2020 yang berjumlah 42 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan 7 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan program Eviews versi 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komisaris Independen, Komite Audit dan Kebijakan Dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci : GCG, Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Dividen dan Nilai Perusahaan.
