Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of social support on resilience in students who are completing the thesis during the Covid-19 pandemic. Final year students are required to be creative and able to adapt to the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. Final year students also face obstacles when compiling thesis in normal times and are more dominant in structural and cultural barriers, such as: not mastering the method in preparation Although currently the guidance process can be carried out face-to-face, the current Covid-19 pandemic condition improving makes all health protocols still have to be implemented and still have to take care of themselves so as not to contract the disease which causes activities in completing thesis to be different when after and before the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the novelty that wants to be studied in this research is the resilience possessed by students in compiling theses in the Covid-19 pandemic conditions. This research is included in causal research with a quantitative approach. The population analyzed is students at the final level and currently writing a thesis during the pandemic as many as 320 people. In calculating the sample size, the Krejcie table was used with the aim of obtaining a 95% confidence level of the research sample so that a sample of 175 students was obtained. The analytical method used is simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that social support has a positive and significant effect on the resilience of final year students who are working on their thesis during the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: Social Support, Resilience, Covid-19 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap Resiliensi Pada Mahasiswa yang Sedang Menyelesaikan Skripsi Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Mahasiswa tingkat akhir dituntut untuk kreatif dan mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan kondisi pandemi COVID-19 ini. Mahasiswa tingkat akhir juga menghadapi kendala pada saat penyusunan skripsi di masa normal dan lebih dominan pada hambatan structural dan kultural, seperti : tidak menguasai metode dalam penyusunan Meskipun saat ini proses bimbingan sudah dapat dilakukan secara tatap muka, namun kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang baru saja membaik membuat segala protokol kesehatan tetap harus diterapkan dan tetap masih harus menjaga diri agar tidak terjangkit penyakit tersebut yang menyebabkan aktivitas dalam menyelesaikan skripsi menjadi berbeda ketika setelah dan sebelum pandemi Covid-19. Oleh karena itu, keterbaharuan yang ingin dikaji pada penelitian ini adalah resiliensi yang dimiliki mahasiswa dalam menyusun skripsi di kondisi pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini termasuk pada penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang dianalisis adalah mahasiswa pada tingkat akhir dan sedang menyusun skripsi di waktu pandemi sebanyak 320 orang. Dalam menghitung ukuran sampel, digunakan tabel krejcie dengan tujuan mendapatkan tingkat keyakinan sampel penelitian sebesar 95% sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 175 mahasiswa. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Resiliensi mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi selama masa pandemic COVID-19.
