Abstract

This study aims to determine the percentage of the value of Labor Utilization Factor (LUF) in horizontal formwork work on the Carstensz residence tower project and to determine the productivity of workers in the horizontal formwork cycle in the Carstensz residence tower project c. This study conducted an analysis of the productivity of horizontal formwork workers using the work sampling method on the Carstensz Residence Tower C project as the object of this final project to analyze project delays caused by low productivity of formwork workers. The scope and limitations of the problem to be discussed in this study are: the percentage of the value of the Labor Utilization Factor (LUF) in horizontal formwork work in the implementation of the Carstensz Residence Tower C project and the productivity of workers in the horizontal formwork work cycle in the implementation of the Carstensz Residence Tower C project. The results of the LUF value of the horizontal formwork worker group that the author studied were 43.08%. It shows that the effectiveness (productivity) of workers in the horizontal formwork work cycle is less effective, because the LUF value is less than 50%. With these results it is stated that the indication of the delay in the Carstensz Residence Tower C Project due to the low productivity of horizontal formwork workers is correct Keywords: Delay, Horizontal Formwork, Labor Utilization Factor (LUF), Productivity, Work Sampling Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui persentase nilai Labour Utilization Factor (LUF) pada pekerjaan bekisting horizontal pada proyek carstens residence tower dan mengetahui produktivitas dari pekerja pada siklus bekisting horizontal pada proyek carstens residence tower c. Penelitian ini dilakukan analisa produktivitas pekerja bekisting horizontal menggunakan metode work sampling pada proyek Carstensz Residence Tower C dijadikan objek tugas akhir ini untuk menganalisis keterlambatan proyek yang disebabkan produktivitas pekerja bekisting yang rendah. Ruang lingkup dan batasan masalah yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah : besar persentase nilai Labour Utilization Factor (LUF) pada pekerjaan bekisting horizontal pada pelaksanaan proyek carstensz residence tower c dan produktivitas dari pekerja pada siklus pekerjaan bekisting horizontal dalam pelaksanaan proyek carstensz residence tower C. Hasil nilai LUF dari kelompok pekerja bekisting horizontal yang penulis teliti yaitu sebesar 43,08%. Menunjukan bahwa efektivitas (produktivitas) pekerja pada siklus pekerjaan bekisting horizontal kurang efektif, dikarenakan nilai LUF kurang dari 50%. Dengan hasil ini menyatakan bahwa indikasi keterlambatan Proyek Carstensz Residence Tower C disebabkan oleh produktivitas pekerja bekisting horizontal yang rendah adalah benar.
