Abstract

The construction of the Ciruas Land housing project, which has a cluster concept in cluster, has played a major role in the development of residential development for the general public, especially in Walantaka, Serang, various commercial type houses for the middle and upper class, and subsidized houses provided to middle to middle class people. below, given in accordance with the quality promised by the developer, especially the habitable building of a house However, in fact, there are many factors that cause the decline in the quality of buildings in the field that cause consumer dissatisfaction, especially in subsidized houses, therefore researchers look for factors that cause a decrease in the quality of subsidized buildings by distributing questionnaires to respondents in the project. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis method using the SPSS tool Keywords: Decreasing Factors of Building Quality, Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Questionnaire, SPSS Pembangunan proyek perumahan Ciruas Land, yang memiliki konsep cluster dalam cluster ini memberikan peran yang besar dalam perkembangan pembangunan hunian bagi masyarakat khalayak banyak khususnya di Walantaka, Serang, berbagai rumah tipe komersial untuk orang menengah ke atas, dan rumah subsidi yang diberikan kepada orang menengah ke bawah, diberikan sesuai dengan kualitas yang dijanjikan developer terutama layak huni suatu bangunan rumah Namun pada aktualnya, banyak sekali faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan menurunnya kualitas bangunan di lapangan yang menyebabkan ketidakpuasan konsumen terutama pada rumah subsidi, oleh karena itu peneliti mencari faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kualitas bangunan bersubsidi dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner pada responden di proyek tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan tool SPSS Kata Kunci : Analisis Statistk Deskriptif, Faktor-faktor Penurunan Kualitas Bangunan, Kuesioner, SPSS
