Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) and Inflation for Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The object of this study is a company registered in LQ45 index in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2018 period. The study design used is causal research. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The method derived from 12 companies that meet the criteria and a total 48 companies during the observation period. The Analysis used in this research is panel data regression analysis using three alternative model approach that is common effect, fixed effect and random effect, then use the model selection test chow and test Hausman. Regression model testing conducted by a statistic test that is Model Testing F and Model Testing-t. The F statistic results showed that Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) and Inflation significantly influence Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Then the t-statistic result showed that NPM and Inflation partially significant on DPR, DER and CR partially has no significant on DPR. Keywords: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) and Inflation for Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) dan Inflasi terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2018. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dari Metode tersebut diperoleh 12 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dan sebanyak 48 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan tiga alternatif pendekatan model yaitu common effect, fixed effect dan random effect, kemudian menggunakan uji pemilihan model chow dan uji hausmant. Pengujian model regresi dilakukan dengan uji statistik yaitu Pengujian Model F dan Pengujian Model-t. Hasil F statistik dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) dan Inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Kemudian hasil t statistik menunjukkan bahwa NPM dan Inflasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap DPR, DER dan CR secara parsial tidak berpengaruh berpengaruh terhadap DPR. Kata Kunci: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) dan Inflasi untuk Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).
