Abstract

Along with the development of technology in the world of building construction management, one of them is the existence of innovations in formwork. Wood is a formwork material which is still used today which is called the conventional method. Because wood is a material that cannot be used for a long time, modern formwork innovations have emerged. The Kingland Avenue Project uses two types of modern formwork, namely Ring - Lock Scaffolding and Aluma System - Table Form as floor plate formwork. This study aims to determine the method of implementing both formworks in terms of the used workers and the costs spent that are made into a comparison on a typical floor. Implementation using the Aluma System formwork has a productivity level of 6.80 m² / day / person, while the Ring-Lock Scaffolding Formwork has a productivity level of 3.68 m² / day / person. The results showed that the number of workers with Aluma system formwork was less than the Scaffolding Ring-Lock formwork which caused the difference in cost up to Rp. 427.254.254,-. Seiring perkembangan teknologi dalam dunia manajemen konstruksi bangunan gedung salah satunya adalah dengan adanya inovasi – inovasi bekisting. Kayu merupakan bahan penyusun bekisting yang masih digunakan sampai sekarang ini yang disebut dengan metode konvensional. Karena kayu merupakan bahan yang tidak dapat digunakan dalam waktu yang lama, maka muncul inovasi bekisting- bekisting modern. Pada Proyek Kingland Avenue menggunakan duan jenis bekisting modern, yaitu Ring - Lock Scaffolding dan Aluma System – Table Form sebagai bekisting plat lantai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode pelaksanaan kedua bekisting yang ditinjau terhadap pekerja yang dipakai serta biaya yang dihabiskan yang dijadikan perbandingan pada lantai tipikal. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dimana data diambil dari pengamatan lapangan, diskusi dan wawancara pihak terkait pada proyek tersebut. Pelaksanaan dengan menggunakan bekisting Aluma System memiliki produktifitas 6,80 m² /hari/org, sedangkan Bekisting Ring-Lock Scaffolding memiliki produktifitas 3,68 m² /hari/org. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jumlah pekerja bekisting Aluma System lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan bekisting Ring-Lock Scaffolding yang menyebabkan selisih biaya sampai Rp. 427.254.254,-.
