Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Manggala Gelora Perkasa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 karyawan PT. Manggala Gelora Perkasa. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 92 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan secara acak, sehingga data yang di peroleh lebih representatif dengan melakukan proses penelitian yang kompeten di bidangnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Seleksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Rekrutmen, Seleksi, Penempatan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment, selection and job placement on employee performance at PT Manggala Gelora Perkasa. This research method uses quantitative methods, the population in this study is 120 employees of PT. Manggala Gelora Mighty. The sample used is 92 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling technique is carried out randomly, so that the data obtained is more representative by carrying out a competent research process in their field. The results of the study show that recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Selection has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Recruitment, Selection, Work Placement and Employee Performance.
