Abstract
This study aims to discuss the influence of product quality, service quality, and customer satisfaction prices for Adimas Laundry in Ciledug, Tangerang. The independent variables in this study are Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price. The population in this study were all customers who used the services or who had used adimas laundry services. The sample used is 110 respondents. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The research results showed that product quality has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Harga Kepuasan Pelanggan Laundry Adimas di Ciledug Tangerang. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Harga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa atau yang pernah menggunakan jasa laundry adimas. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 110 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan software Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kata kunci: Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan.
