Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, career development, and discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were 70 employees of PT Expanda Metal Megah. The sample used was 60 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses saturated samples. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 26.0. This research proves that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, pengembangan karir, dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 karyawan PT Expanda Metal Megah. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 60 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan progam Statistical Progam for Social Science (SPSS) versi 26.0. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
