Abstract
Construction in Indonesia is increasing every year, but the construction process is not covered by various problems that then complicate the construction process. Therefore, it is necessary to use Building Information Modeling (BIM) because it can minimize errors during the construction process, Building Information Modeling is the digitization process of a construction project, which begins with the creation of a 3D model containing all construction-related information. One of the BIM software packages for road construction is OpenRoads Designer. In this study, the authors used OpenRoads Designer software to model Teluk Tapang Road (STA 35 + 700) and STA 42 + 800. The purpose of this study is to get a quantity takeoff, get a 2D model cross section shape, and get a comparison of horizontal cross sections or bends. By evaluating the results of manual calculations and BIM-based calculations, in this study, the results of the calculation of quantity takeoff, bim-based 2D cross section in the form of 33 SCS bends, and comparison of bend calculations based on PDGJ 2021 and BIM using OpenRoads Designer software have the same 33 SCS bends. Konstruksi di Indonesia semakin meningkat pada tiap tahunnya, Proses konstruksi tidak tertutupi oleh berbagai permasalahan yang kemudian mempersulit proses konstruksi, maka dari itu perlu digunakan Building Information Modelling (BIM) karena dapat meminimalisir kesalahan pada saat proses konstruksi. Building Information Modelling adalah proses digitalisasi dari sebuah proyek konstruksi, yang diawali dengan pembuatan model 3D yang berisi semua informasi terkait konstruksi. Salah satu software BIM untuk pembangunan jalan adalah OpenRoads Designer, dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan software OpenRoads Designer untuk melakukan memodelkan Jalan Teluk Tapang STA 35+700 – STA 42+800, Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendapatkan Quantity Take Off, Mendapatkan bentuk penampang model 2D, Serta mendapatkan perbandingan penampang horizontal atau tikungan. Dengan mengevaluasi hasil dari perhitungan manual dan perhitungan berbasis BIM, dalam penelitian ini didapatkan hasil perhitungan quantity take off, penampang 2D berbasis bim berupa 33 tikungan SCS, dan perbandingan perhitungan tikungan berdasarkan PDGJ 2021 dan BIM menggunakan software OpenRoads Designer memiliki kesamaan 33 tikungan SCS. Kata Kunci : Implementasi Building Information Modelling, Quantity Take Off, Building Information Modelling (BIM).
