Abstract

In a construction project, there are various stages related to construction management, in which there are various problems regarding the cost and time of work. So that in its implementation, a system for cost management and time management is needed so that in its implementation, the project can be completed on time as planned and the costs incurred according to the needs of the project being carried out. This final project specifically describes how the project performance is seen in terms of cost and time, and how to apply the Earned Value Analysis to predict the cost and final time of completion of the Napun Gete Dam Construction project. The results of this study indicate that the results of the analysis with the Earned Value value of the Cost Performance Index (CPI) are 1.185 (> 1) and the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) is 0.910 (<1). These results indicate that the project has experienced time lapses, while from a cost perspective there is no deviation. Based on the calculation of long-term projections, this project requires an additional 35 days due to delays that occur. The factors that cause delays are factors in unfavorable field conditions and delays in material delivery. Keywords : Project Evaluation, Project Performance Analysis, Earned Value Analysis Dalam sebuah proyek konstruksi terdapat berbagai tahapan yang berkaitan dengan manajemen konstruksi, yang di dalamnya terdapat berbagai permasalahan mengenai biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya diperlukan suatu system untuk manajemen biaya (Cost Management) dan manajemen waktu (Time Management) agar dalam pelaksanaannya, proyek dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu sesuai yang telah direncanakan serta biaya yang dikeluarkan sesuai kebutuhan proyek yang dikerjakan. Tugas Akhir ini secara khusus memaparkan tentang bagaimanakah kinerja proyek dilihat dari segi biaya dan waktu, dan bagaimana penerapan Earned Value Analysis untuk memprediksi biaya dan waktu akhir penyelesaian proyek konstruksi Pembangunan Bendungan Napun Gete. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari analisis dengan Earned Value nilai dari Cost Performance Index (CPI) sebesar 1.185 (>1) dan Schedule Performance Index (SPI) sebesar 0.910 (<1). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa proyek mengalami penyimpangan waktu sedangkan dari segi biaya tidak terjadi penyimpngan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan proyeksi jangka panjang, proyek ini memerlukan tambahan waktu 35 hari akibat keterlambatan yang terjadi. Adapun factor yang menyebabkan terjadinya keterlambatan yaitu factor kondisi lapangan yang tidak mendukung dan keterlambatan pengiriman material.
