Abstract

LUF will take into account the effective time (productivity) of workers in a job with a certain time vulnerability and take into account the activities that are included in the value added and contributory. From the observations that have been made for 5 (five) calendar days, the results are obtained. LUF in the morning for HT jobs was 90%, LUF for window door accessories jobs was 90.96%, and LUF for skirting jobs was 90.98%, so that the LUF value for defect jobs in the morning was 90.64%. LUF during the day for HT jobs was 91.48%, LUF for window door accessories jobs was 91.67%, and LUF for skirting jobs was 89.74%, so that the LUF value for defect jobs during the day was 90.98%. This digital checklist uses an application software called the "Novade" application. Manual checklist is a checklist that is done manually by filling out a checklist form in general. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of labor productivity on defect completion and to know the difference between the use of manual checklists and digital checklists. Key words: digital checklist; manual checklist; defect settlement; Labor Utilization Factor (LUF); work sampling; Produktivitas tenaga kerja berpengaruh terhadap target penyelesaian suatu pekerjaan pada proyek. Dalam pengukuran produktivitas tenaga kerja dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa metode salah satunya dengan metode work sampling. LUF akan memperhitungkan waktu efektif (produktivitas) pekerja dalam suatu pekerjaan dengan rentan waktu tertentu dan memperhitungkan kegiatan yang termasuk dalam value added dan contributory. Dari pengamatan yang telah dilakukan selama 5 (lima) hari kalender didapat hasil nilai. LUF pada pagi hari untuk pekerjaan HT sebesar 90%, LUF pekerjaan aksesoris pintu jendela sebesar 90,96%, dan LUF untuk pekerjaan skirting sebesar 90,98%, sehingga untuk nilai LUF pada pekerjaan defect dipagi hari sebesar 90,64%. LUF pada siang hari untuk pekerjaan HT sebesar 91,48%, LUF pekerjaan aksesoris pintu jendela sebesar 91,67%, dan LUF untuk pekerjaan skirting sebesar 89,74%, sehingga untuk nilai LUF pada pekerjaan defect disiang hari sebesar 90,98%.Checklist digital ini menggunakan software aplikasi yang disebut aplikasi “Novade”. Checklist manual adalah checklist yang dilakukan secara manual dengan mengisi form checklist pada umumnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai produktivitas tenaga kerja terhadap penyelesaian defect serta mengetahui perbedaan antara penggunaan checklist manual dan checklist digital.
