Abstract

In the implementation of a construction project the use of material elements is the most vital resource element for realizing the planning objectives of a construction project, one of which is the Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP). In Indonesia, the use of ACP has started to be used frequently as a building skin apart from adding to the beauty of the building. ACP material also has a relatively light weight. This research was carried out in the Vasanta Innopark project, which is located in an industrial area, Cikarang Barat sub-district, Bekasi, West Java. The amount of ACP waste in the Vasanta Innopark project, which exceeds the predetermined requirements, causes the author to be encouraged to discuss the ACP waste in this project. The data obtained from the Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) waste in October 2020 was recorded at 6.9% based on the initial design calculations which refer to the forconstruction drawings, while for the maximum allowable waste limit based on the contract volume is 3%, for that the author will analyze how much waste planning and projection of ACP material. In this discussion of ACP waste, the author calculates the waste from planning and also the overall projection of the ACP used in the project, to calculate the waste planning writer uses cutting optimization software and to calculate the projection waste manually based on accurate data in the field. From the projected waste, there are factors that cause the amount of waste by using the fishbone diagram method and also given a way to handle it. From the research results, the analysis of planning calculations using cutting optimization software can result in a volume of waste of 202.540 m2 with a waste level of 2.2%. The percentage of total cost of planning the ACP waste material is IDR 243,541,810.00, while the calculation of the projected waste yields a result of 612,629 m2 with a waste level of 6.9%. The percentage of total projection cost of ACP waste material is Rp. 700,678,061.00. From these results, it can be seen that the projection of experiencing waste is greater than planning. Then we also get the factors that cause waste in terms of operation, design and management. Then from the causal factors, we also get the handling methods in terms of operation, design and management. Keywords: Waste, ACP, 2D Cutting Optimization, Fishbone, Cost Dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi penggunaan unsur material merupakan unsur sumber daya yang paling vital untuk mewujudkan tujuan perencanaan suatu proyek konstruksi salah satunya adalah Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP). Persentase total biaya proyeksi waste material ACP yaitu sebesar Rp. 700.678.061,00.
