Abstract

In this era of globalization, people are required to work quickly and precisely so that human mobility is increasingly following the times, in addition to requiring effective transportation, people also need convenient transportation so that people choose private transportation as their mode of transportation and cause the volume of vehicles to increase. Therefore, the government continues to improve and increase the type of mass public transportation that exists. One of them is Inter-City Transportation in the Province (AKDP) and Railway (KA). The railway in the next stage is expected to replace the role of Inter-City Transportation In The Province (AKDP) so that as a mode that returns to operation, it is necessary to review how the preference of public transportation users towards both modes. For that purpose, the stated preference survey method and binomial logit mode selection model are used, with respondents being users of both modes that have private vehicles. The travel attributes used are travel time, main mode cost, inter-mode time, feeder mode cost and socioeconomic attributes. Based on the research and data analysis that has been done, models with influential travel and socioeconomic attributes are travel time, time between modes, gender, age, income, occupation, and status resulting in a probability of Inter-City Transportation in the Province (AKDP) of 49% and Railways (KA) has a probability of 51%. With also when viewed from the travel characteristics used as questions in the stated preference survey, the results are close to the percentage. Thus, if you have added the line, Pangrango Railway has the potential to gain greater market share in place of the role of Inter-City Transportation in the Province (AKDP). Di era globalisasi ini manusia diharuskan untuk bekerja dengan cepat dan tepat sehingga mobilitas manusia pun semakin lama semakin mengikuti zaman, selain membutuhkan transportasi yang efektif, manusia juga membutuhkan transportasi yang nyaman sehingga masyarakat banyak memilih angkutan pribadi sebagai moda transportasinya dan menyebabkan volume kendaraan semakin meningkat. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah terus memperbaiki dan menambah jenis transportasi umum massal yang ada. Salah satunya adalah Angkutan Antar Kota Dalam Provinsi (AKDP) dan Kereta Api (KA). Kereta Api pada tahap selanjutnya diharapkan akan menggantikan peran Angkutan Antar Kota Dalam Provinsi (AKDP) sehingga sebagai moda yang kembali beroperasi, perlu dikaji bagaimana preferensi pengguna angkutan umum terhadap kedua moda tersebut. Untuk tujuan itu maka digunakan metoda survey stated preference dan model pemilihan moda Binomial logit selisih, dengan responden adalah pengguna kedua moda yang memiliki kendaraan pribadi. Atribut-atribut perjalanan yang digunakan yaitu waktu tempuh, biaya moda utama, waktu antar moda, biaya moda pengumpan serta atribut sosioekonomi. Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, model dengan atribut-atribut perjalanan dan sosioekonomi yang berpengaruh adalah waktu tempuh, waktu antar moda, jenis kelamin, usia, penghasilan, pekerjaan, dan status menghasilkan probabilitas Angkutan Antar Kota Dalam Provinsi (AKDP) sebesar 49% dan Kereta Api (KA) memiliki probabilitas sebesar 51%. Dengan pula bila dilihat dari karakteristik perjalanan yang digunakan sebagai pertanyaan dalam survey stated preference, hasilnya mendekati prosentase tersebut. Dengan demikian nantinya bila telah menambah jalur, Kereta Api (KA) Pangrango berpotensi untuk mendapatkan pangsa pasar yang lebih besar menggantikan peran Angkutan Antar Kota Dalam Provinsi (AKDP).
