Abstract

This study was to analyze the effect of work stress, workload and role conflict on turnover intention of PT.Dana Purna Investama KCU Branch Taman Duta Mas. The object of this research is employees who work at PT.Dana Purna Investama KCU Branch Taman Duta Mas. This research was conducted on 56 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart- PLS analysis tools. this research proves that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Role conflict has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Job Stress, Workload, Role Conflict, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja, beban kerja dan konflik peran terhadap turnover intention PT.Dana Purna Investama Cabang KCU Taman Duta Mas. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT.Dana Purna Investama Cabang KCU Taman Duta Mas. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 56 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Konflik peran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Stress Kerja, Beban Kerja, Konflik Peran, Turnover Intention
