Abstract

In 2019, a regulation on earthquake resistance planning procedures for building and non-building structures SNI-1726: 2019 was issued as well as structural concrete requirements for SNI-2847: 2019 buildings which were the result of a revision of the previous SNI 2012, namely SNI-1726: 2012 and SNI-2847: 2013. The earthquake regulations SNI-1726: 2019 and reinforced concrete SNI-2847: 2019 have undergone many changes in order to obtain a better earthquake-resistant building structure. This final project discusses the analysis and design of a Jotti Dakar office building structure in Jakarta. The earthquake resistance system selected according to SNI 1726: 2019 uses the Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) as the main structure that can withstand gravity and lateral loads. In carrying out the analytical process, first determine the response spectrum, control the behavior of the structure and calculate the reinforcement ratio for the column and beam in view. Based on the results of the structural analysis, the static and dynamic basic shear forces have increased to 62.54% in the X and Y directions.Calculation of reinforcement requirements refers to SNI-2847-2013, the ratio and requirement of reinforcement in columns and beams has increased from SNI 1726: 2012 to SNI 1726: 2019 Keywords : earthquake resistant structure, moment bearer frame system, SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1726:2019 Pada tahun 2019 diterbitkan peraturan tentang tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunan gedung dan non gedung SNI-1726:2019 serta Persyaratan beton struktural untuk bangunan gedung SNI-2847:2019 yang merupakan hasil revisi dari SNI sebelumnya tahun 2012 yaitu SNI-1726:2012 dan SNI-2847:2013. Peraturan gempa SNI-1726:2019 dan beton bertulang SNI-2847:2019 banyak mengalami perubahan guna mendapatkan struktur gedung tahan gempa yang lebih baik. Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang analisis dan desain sebuah struktur gedung Jotti Dakar office di Jakarta. Sistem penahan gaya gempa yang dipilih menurut SNI-1726:2019 menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) sebagai struktur utama yang menahan beban gravitasi dan beban lateral. Dalam melakukan proses analisis pertama-tama menentukan respons spektrum , kontrol perilaku struktur dan menghitung rasio tulangan untuk kolom dan balok yang ditunjau. Berdasarkan hasil analisis stuktur, gaya geser dasar statik dan dinamik mengalami peningkatan menjadi 62, 54% dalam arah X dan Y. Perhitungan kebutuhan tulangan mengacu pada SNI-2847-2013, rasio dan kebutuhan tulangan pada kolom dan balok mengalami peningkatan dari SNI 1726:2012 ke SNI 1726:2019.
