Abstract

This study aims to determine the proportion of the probability of such displacement, by proposing 9 scenarios to 100 respondents who have gone through screening. The method used in this research is logistic regression (binary logit) which consists of 3 stages; the first stage is the selection of the most dominant variable candidate; the second stage is probability analysis which includes a feasibility test and scenario test; the third stage is sensitivity analysis. The independent variables used in the scenario test are fast train fares, travel time and headway. For data processing, we used the SPSS 23 program. The results of this study indicate that the best scenario to be applied is scenario 1, which is as many as 86.259% of car respondents are willing to switch to using the fast train. Meanwhile, the worst scenario is scenario 9, where 10.726% of car respondents are willing to switch to using the high-speed train. From the results of the sensitivity analysis, it is known that the most sensitive variable to the respondent's decision to switch from their personal vehicle to the high-speed train is the high-speed train fare, which will result in the probability of moving car users decreasing by 61.46% if the high-speed train fare increases by 2 fold. Keywords: Binary Logit, Transfer Probability, Choice Mode, Scenario Test Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proporsi probabilitas perpindahan tersebut, dengan mengajukan 9 skenario kepada 100 responden yang telah melalui penyaringan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi logistic (logit biner) yang terdiri dari 3 tahap; tahap pertama yaitu seleksi kandidat variabel yang paling dominan; tahap ke dua adalah analisa probabilitas yang di dalamnya mencakup uji kelayakan dan uji skenario; tahap ke tiga adalah analisa sensitivitas. Variabel independen yang digunakan pada uji skenario adalah tarif kereta cepat, waktu tempuh dan headway. Untuk pengolahan data digunakan program SPSS 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa skenario terbaik untuk diterapkan adalah skenario 1 yaitu sebanyak 86,259% responden mobil yang bersedia beralih menggunakan Kereta Cepat. Sementara itu, skenario terburuk adalah skenario 9 yaitu sebanyak 10,726% responden mobil bersedia beralih menggunakan Kereta Cepat. Dari hasil analisa sensitivitas, diketahui bahwa variabel yang paling sensitif terhadap keputusan responden untuk berpindah alih dari kendaraan pribadi mereka ke Kereta Cepat adalah tarif kereta cepat, yang akan mengakibatkan probabilitas perpindahan pengguna mobil menurun sebanyak 61,46% jika harga tarif kereta cepat naik sebesar 2 kali lipat.
