Abstract

The meeting between two transportation infrastructures such as roads and railways is often a problem. Usually what happens is that there is a queue of vehicles when the train is passing. This causes congestion caused by the closure of the railroad crossing and activities on the side of the road such as stopping public transportation on the shoulder of the road and traders that cause decreased road performance. As a result of these conditions, research was conducted on analyzing the effect of closing the railroad crossing on traffic performance using the greenshield and Shockwave methods to determine the length of the queue and the length of time the queue takes using the 1997 MKJI guidelines to determine road capacity. From the results of the analysis, the value for the level of service of the road is 0.56, so that the level of service is in condition C. With the calculation of the shock wave method, the maximum queue length in the south direction or JL. Raya Serpong is 1.05 km and the north direction is 0.75 km and the maximum delay value for both directions is 1381.03 seconds and 1034.66 seconds. Keywords: Queue Length, Delay, MKJI 1997, Greenshield, Shockwave Pertemuan anatara dua prasarana transportasi seperti jalan raya dan rel kereta sering terjadi masalah. Biasanya yang terjadi adalah terjadi antrian kendaraan Ketika kereta api sedang melintas. Hal ini menyebabkan kemacetan yang diakibatkan oleh penutupan palang pintu kereta api dan aktifitas yang ada dipinggir jalan seperti berhentinya angkutan umum di bahu jalan dan pedagang yang menyebabkan menurunnya kinerja jalan. Akibat dari kondisi tersebut dilakukan penelitian mengenai analisis pengaruh penutupan palang pintu kereta api terhadap kinerja lalu lintas dengan menggunakan metode greenshield dan Shockwave untuk menentukan Panjang antrian dan lamanya waktu antrian menggunakan pedoman MKJI 1997 guna menentukan kapasitas jalan. Dari hasil analisis didapat nilai untuk tingkat pelayanan jalannya yaitu sebesar 0,56, sehingga tingkat pelyanannya pada kondisi C. kemudian dengan perhitungan metode gelombang kejut, didapat Panjang antrian maksimum pada arah Selatan atau Jl. Raya Serpong sebesaar 1,05 km dan arah Utara sebesar 0,75 km dan nilai tundaan maksimum untuk kedua arah sebesar 1381,03 detik dan 1034,66 detik.
