Abstract

Cipinang Indah 1 Housing is a housing estate in East Jakarta. This place is facing issues with natural disasters, particularly floods. Heavy rains cause flooding in this area, this is due to the overflow of the Sunter River and inadequate drainage capacity. In 2021, the DKI Jakarta government has decided to build 227 infiltration wells to accommodate rainwater runoff, and this was executed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Water Resources Office, but unfortunately every time it rains heavily, flood overflows and large water puddles still occur. This study aims to analyze the handling of inundation and calculate the effectiveness of infiltration ponds. The method used for hydrological analysis is the Algebraic average method (Arithmetic), 4 frequency distributions: normal, log normal, log person III and Gumbel and the fit test with the Smirnov-kolmogorov test and chi square test. The rainfall used was 19 years. The discharge of the 2-year return period is 3.438 m3 / d, the discharge of the 5-year return period is 4.850 m3 / d, the discharge of the 10-year return period is 8.329, the discharge of the 10-year return period is 9.122 m3 / d. The calculation of the effectiveness of infiltration wells on flood inundation in the road area around BPK Penabur school Cipinang Indah 1 Housing in the 2-year return period is 231%, the 5-year return period is 164%, the 10-year return period is 95% and the 25-year return period is 87% . An alternative that can be used to handle standing water in the road area where the BPK Penabur school is located after installing an absorption well is by installing a water valve valve on the primary channel with a channel width of 1.2 m and a depth of 1.2 m. Keywords: Inundation, infiltration wells, discharge, effectiveness of infiltration wells, valve sluice gates Perumahan Cipinang Indah I merupakan salah satu perumahan di Jakarta Timur yang apabila hujan deras, selalu terdampak banjir akibat dari meluapnya Kali Sunter dan kapasitas drainase yang kurang memadai.Pada tahun 2021 pemerintah provinsi DKI Jakarta melalui Dinas Sumber Daya Air Provinsi DKI Jakarta membangun sumur resapan sebanyak 227 buah untuk menampung limpas air hujan, namun fakta yang terjadi begitu hujan deras, genangan banjir tetap masih ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa penanganan genangan dan menghitung efektivitas bangunan sumur resapan. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisa hidrologi yaitu Metode rata-rata Aljabar (Aritmatik), 4 distribusi frekuensi: normal, log normal, log person III dan Gumbel serta uji kecocokan dengan Uji Smirnov-kolmogorov dan uji chi square. Curah hujan yang digunakan 19 tahun. Debit periode ulang 2 tahun sebesar 3,438 m3 /det, debit periode ulang 5 tahun sebesar 4,850 m3 /det, debit periode ulang 10 tahun sebesar 8,329 , debit periode ulang 10 tahun sebesar 9,122 m3 /det. perhitungan besar efektivitas sumur resapan terhadap genangan banjir dikawasan jalan sekitar sekolah BPK Penabur Perumahan Cipinang Indah 1 pada periode ulang 2 tahun sebesar 231%, periode ulang 5 tahun sebesar 164%, periode ulang 10 tahun sebesar 95% dan periode ulang 25 tahun sebesar 87%. Alternatif yang bisa dilakukan untuk penanganan genangan air di kawasan jalan lokasi sekolah BPK Penabur setelah adanya pemasangan sumur resapan yaitu dengan pemasangan pintu air klep pada saluran primer dengan lebar saluran 1,2 m dan kedalaman 1,2 m Kata Kunci: Genangan, Sumur resapan, debit, efektivitas sumur resapan, pintu air klep
