Abstract

When this world was facing an outbreak of COVID-19 or viral corona. This disease has hit various countries, including Indonesia. Indonesia first time confirmed cases COVID-19 on Monday 2 March last. Podcast is one of the media alternatives based digital and is audio. The advantages that podcasts have with advancement of technology digital compared to analog radios make the audience a bit -by- bit switch using podcasts and left analog radio. Obrolan Babibu is one of the Podcasts whose name comes from the words "Obrolan Baba" and "Bibu". Every content creator has its own challenges in content creation. In general, all creator content has undergone several changes related to adjustments starting from schedules, themes, or even concepts during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of research is that, to know How Strategy Production Podcast "Obrolan Babibu" In Making Content In The Pandemic Covid-19. In the literature review, this research cites several theories such as strategy, pre-production, production, post-production, new media, and podcasting. This qualitative research uses the constructivism paradigm with the case study method of Robert K Yin's approach. The subjects in this study were Creator Content in the Obrolan Babibu podcast. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews, observation, documentation. Results of the study is that the strategy podcast Obrolan Babibu in the manufacture of the content in the pandemic premises how to make the contents of podcasts that relate to the life of the audience and the quality of the discussion of the topic to keep the value in the contents podcast that as well as creating the impression of the characteristics typical of its own and impression which is good in the eyes of the audience chat Babibu by way of displaying content podcasts in a chat that is lighter and relaxed between Key informant 1 and Key Informants 2 and put the contents podcast its platform youtube, spotify, apple podcast. Keywords : Study Case, Strategic Management of Media Broadcast, New Media, Podcasting Saat ini dunia sedang menghadapi wabah COVID-19 atau virus corona. Penyakit ini melanda berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Indonesia pertama kali mengkonfirmasi kasus COVID-19 pada Senin 2 Maret lalu. Podcast merupakan salah satu media alternatif berbasis digital dan bersifat audio. Kelebihan yang dimiliki podcast dengan kemajuan teknologi digitalnya dibandingkan dengan radio analog membuat khalayak sedikit demi sedikit beralih menggunakan podcast dan meninggalkan radio analog. Obrolan Babibu merupakan salah satu Podcast yang namanya berasal dari kata “Obrolan Baba” dan “Bibu”. Setiap konten kreator mempunyai tantangannya tersendiri dalam pembuatan konten. Secara umum semua konten kreator mengalami beberapa perubahan terkait penyesuaian mulai dari jadwal, tema, atau bahkan konsep di masa pandemi covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Strategi Produksi Podcast “Obrolan Babibu” Dalam Pembuatan Konten Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Dalam Tinjauan pustaka penelitian ini mengutip beberapa teori seperti, strategi, pra produksi, produksi, pasca produksi, new media, dan Podcasting. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dengan metode studi kasus pendekatan milik Robert K Yin. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Konten Kreator di podcast Obrolan Babibu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu strategi podcast Obrolan Babibu dalam pembuatan konten di masa pandemi denga cara membuat konten-konten podcast yang berhubungan dengan kehidupan audience dan dengan kualitas pembahasan topik untuk menjaga nilai di dalam konten-konten podcast tersebut serta menciptakan kesan ciri khas tersendiri dan kesan yang baik di mata audience Obrolan Babibu dengan cara menampilkan konten podcast dalam obrolan yang bersifat ringan dan santai antara Key Informan 1 dan Key Informan 2 dan menaruh konten-konten podcast nya di platform youtube, spotify, apple podcast.
