Abstract

Sudiro Tungga Jaya AKAP Bus is a fast, comfortable, and air-conditioned bus transportation. In this study, the Sudiro Tungga Jaya Bus with the Tangerang-Madiun route for the departure schedule of this bus has 3 departure sessions, namely starting from series O (capacity 38) at 05.00, series E (capacity 32) at 12.00, series Q (capacity 38) at 05.00 pm. 17.30. The purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the performance of the Sudiro Tungga Jaya bus by referring to the data obtained and to determine customer satisfaction with the Sudiro Tungga Jaya bus service. This study refers to the Regular Routes and the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM. 10 of 2012 concerning Minimum Service Standards for Road-based Mass Transportation. Meanwhile, to assess the level of passenger satisfaction is done by IPA analysis. From the operational performance of the Sudiro Tungga Jaya bus for the TangerangMadiun route, the minimum load factor is 29% and the maximum is 60%. From the comparative analysis of loading factors, the E series bus has a large number of passengers, 32 compared to 20 people, it can be concluded that the departure at 12.00 is quite effective. Travel time on Sunday & Wednesday is 11 to 12 hours. From the comparative analysis of travel time, the E series buses on Wednesdays are efficient with a travel time of 10 hours 20 minutes, for headway the average value isobtained. Sunday 6, Wednesday is 6.5 and the frequency is 1. The average level of service quality for performance is& the satisfaction of the Sudiro Tungga Jaya Bus reached a value of 4.08 & 4.02, it can be concluded that the performance & satisfaction for each dimension of service has reached the Good & Satisfied category. Bus AKAP Sudiro Tungga Jaya adalah transportasi bus cepat, nyaman, dan Ber-AC. Pada penelitian ini meninjau Bus Sudiro Tungga Jaya dengan rute Tangerang-Madiun untuk jadwal keberangkatan bus ini memiliki 3 sesi keberangkatan yaitu mulai dari seri O (kapasitas 38) pukul 05.00, seri E (kapasitas 32) pukul 12.00, seri Q (kapasitas 38) pukul 17.30. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi kinerja bus Sudiro Tungga Jaya dengan mengacu data yang diperoleh dan mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan bus Sudiro Tungga Jaya . Penelitian ini mengacu Peraturan menteri perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor PM. 10 Tahun 2012 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Angkutan Massal berbasis Jalan. Sedangkan untuk menilai tingkat kepuasaan penumpang dilakukan dengan analisis IPA. Dari kinerja operasional bus Sudiro Tungga Jaya rute Tangerang-Madiun didapat faktor muat minimum 29 % maksimum 60 %. Dari analisa perbandingan faktor muat didapat bus seri E memiliki jumlah penumpang yang cukup banyak yaitu 32 berbanding 20 orang dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya keberangkatan pukul 12.00 cukup efektif. Waktu tempuh pada hari Minggu & Rabu didapat 11 s/d 12 jam. Dari analisa perbandingan waktu tempuh didapat bus seri E dihari Rabu efisien dengan waktu tempuh 10 Jam 20 Menit, untuk headway didapat nilai rata-rata hari Minggu 6, hari Rabu 6,5 dan frekuensi setiap harinya 1. Didapat rata–rata tingkat kualitas pelayanan untuk kinerja & kepuasan Bus Sudiro Tungga Jaya mencapai nilai 4,08 & 4,02, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja & kepuasan untuk pelayanan tiap dimensi telah mencapai kategori Baik & Puas.
