Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price perception, service quality and trust on the intention to repurchase 3 second fashion in the city of West Jakarta. The object of this research is 3 second fashion customers in West Jakarta. This research was conducted on 105 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using judgemental sampling technique. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that brand image, price perception, service quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on the intention to repurchase distro 3 second fashion in ciputra mall in the city of West Jakarta. Keywords: Brand Image, Price Perception, Service Quality, Trust. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merk, persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang fashion 3 Second di Kota Jakarta Barat. Objek penelitian ini adalah pelanggan fashione 3 second di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 105 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik judgemental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Citra merek, Persepsi harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Studi Kasus fashion distro 3 Second di mall Ciputra kota Jakarta Barat Kata Kunci: Citra merek, Persepsi harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepercayaan.
