Abstract
The road structure is well designed to provide services according to the planned life, but in fact many roads have shortened their service life due to structural damage. The most important factor causing the fastest road damage is the load on road construction exceeding the planned load, thus accelerating the process of road construction damage. At this stage, secondary data is in the form of weighing the weight of goods transport for each overloaded group, then the percentage of each overload group is calculated. For light vehicles with a JBI of 2 tons there was a load deviation of 3,628 tons, trucks with a JBI of 8 tons of 11,759 tons, trucks with a JBI of 14 tons of 22,033 tons and trucks with a JBI of 21 tons of 34,484 tons. The decrease in the design life due to actual overload in the field, based on the AASHTO method (1993) there was a decrease in the design life from 5 years to 2.8941 years or a decrease of 57.88%. Struktur jalan dirancang dengan baik untuk memberikan layanan sesuai dengan umur yang direncanakan, namun nyatanya banyak ruas jalan yang telah memperpendek umur layanannya karena kerusakan strukturnya. Faktor terpenting penyebab kerusakan jalan tercepat adalah beban pada konstruksi jalan melebihi beban yang direncanakan, sehingga mempercepat proses kerusakan kontruksi jalan. Pada tahap ini, data sekunder berupa hasil penimbangan berat angkutan barang tiap golongan yang overload, kemudian dihitung persentase masing-masing kelompok beban lebih. Pada kendaraan ringan dengan JBI 2 ton terjadi penyimpangan beban sebesar 3,628 ton, truk dengan JBI 8 ton sebesar 11,759 ton, truk dengan JBI 14 ton sebesar 22,033 ton dan untuk truk dengan JBI 21 ton sebesar 34,484 ton. Penurunan umur rencana akibat muatan berlebih aktual di lapangan, berdasar metode AASHTO (1993) terjadi penurunan umur rencana dari 5 tahun menurun menjadi 2,8941 tahun atau turun sebesar 57,88%.
