Abstract
The decline in employee performance so that the resulting work results are less than optimal, is the beginning of a phenomenon in a company. This study aims to measure the influence of competence, motivation and work compensation on employee performance at PT. ZTE Indonesia. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. This type of research is quantitative. The sample subjects in this study were 86 employees of PT. ZTE Indonesia. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that partially and simultaneously competence, motivation and compensation have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. ZTE Indonesia Key words: competence, motivation, compensation and performance Menurunnya kinerja karyawan sehingga hasil kerja yang dihasilkan kurang maksimal, menjadi awal timbulnya fenomena di dalam suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi dan kompensasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. ZTE Indonesia. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Jenis penilitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Subjek sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 86 karyawan PT. ZTE Indonesia. Hasil analisis regresi liniear berganda menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan kompetensi, motivasi dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. ZTE Indonesia Kata kunci: kompetensi, motivasi, kompensasi dan kinerja
