Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine network quality, product quality and promotion of Telkomsel card purchasing decisions. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, which is about product quality, promotion, and price on the decision to purchase Telkomsel Cards in West Jakarta. The sample used in this study amounted to 160 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method. By using a quantitative approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that network quality has a significant positive effect on the decision to purchase Telkomsel's starter pack, product quality has a significant positive effect on the decision to purchase Telkomsel's starter pack and Promotion has a significant effect. positive effect on the decision to purchase a Telkomsel starter pack. Keywords : Network Quality, Product Quality, Promotion, Buying Decision Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas jaringan, kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu Telkomsel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yaitu tentang kualitas produk, promosi, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian Kartu Telkomsel di Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 160 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas jaringan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu perdana Telkomsel, Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu perdana telkomsel dan Promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu perdana Telkomsel.
