Abstract
The current Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in many hospitals in the world experiencing difficulties both in terms of management and infrastructure in providing services because the number of patients has increased in a short time. The human aspect has a very important role in hospitals, with the characteristics of various ages, education levels, position levels and length of work. RSU MMA is one of 144 hospitals in Jakarta that accepts COVID-19 patients and has had the impact of significant changes in terms of service and management. In this study, the authors succeeded in analyzing the influence of work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and their impact on employee performance at RSU Menteng Mitra Afia during the COVID 19 pandemic. Sampling method with a total sampling of 121 samples from the population of employees who returned the questionnaire. The technical data analysis technique uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model or the structural equation model where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 program. From the results of data analysis, it was found that work motivation has the largest loading factor in its influence on OCB and employee performance, followed by job satisfaction and work environment. The conclusions that can be drawn from the results of data analysis and discussion are as follows: (1) Work motivation has an effect on OCB (2) Work environment has no effect on OCB (3) Job satisfaction has an effect on OCB (4) Work motivation has an effect on employee performance (5 ) OCB has an effect on employee performance (6) Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance at RSU MMA. Keywords: work motivation, job satisfaction, work environment, OCB, employee performance Pandemi Covid-19 saat ini mengakibatkan banyak rumah sakit di dunia mengalami kesulitan baik secara manajemen maupun sarana prasarana dalam menaruh pelayanan lantaran jumlah pasien melonjak dalam waktu singkat. Aspek manusia memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam rumah sakit, dengan karakteristik berbagai usia, tingkat pendidikan, level jabatan dan lamanya kerja. RSU MMA adalah salah satu dari 144 RS di Jakarta yang menerima pasien COVID-19 dan menerima dampak perubahan yang signinifikan dalam hal pelayanan dan manajemen. Dalam penelitian ini , penulis berhasil menganalisa Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan RSU Menteng Mitra Afia Di Masa Pandemi COVID 19. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling pada 121 sampel dari populasi karyawan yang mengembalikan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data teknik menggunakan model SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) atau model persamaan struktural dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Dari hasil analisa data didapatkan motivasi kerja memiliki loading factor terbesar dalam pengaruhnya terhadap OCB dan kinerja karyawan, diikuti oleh kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap OCB (2) Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap OCB (4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan ( 5) OCB berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (6) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan RSU MMA.
