Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation and training on employee performance at PT. Adi Tera. Data collection was taken from questionnaires which were given by sampling and random without being limited by certain departments or positions. The sampling method used is probability sampling. From a population of 345 employees with a sample of 78 employees. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 26. The results showed the value of the coefficient of determination (R) 27.1% which showed that independent abilities, namely leadership, motivation and training, had an effect of 27.1% on performance, while the rest was influenced by variables. the other variables, and simultaneously (simultaneously) for the leadership and motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance variable, with t count of 4.85 for leadership and 2.59 for motivation which is greater than t table which is only 1.999. Meanwhile, the training variable has a t count of 0.116 which is smaller than t table 1.999 so that the training variable does not have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable. Keywords : Leadership, work motivation, training, performance Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji serta menganalisis dampak kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja serta pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Adi Tera. Pengumpulan data berdasarkan dari kuesioner yang di berikan secara sampling dan acak tanpa dibatasi oleh department ataupun jabatan tertentu. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara acak yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Dari populasi 345 karyawan dengan sampel sebanyak 78 orang karyawan PT Adi tera. Dalam melakukan cara analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software spss versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefesien determinasi (R) 27.1% yang menunjukan kemampuan independent yaitu kepemimpinan, motivasi dan pelatihan berpengaruh sebesar 27.1% terhadap kinerja sedangkan sisanya ditentukan dari variabel-variabel lainnya, dan secara simultan bersama-sama untuk variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan secara signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan t hitung sebesar 4.85 untuk kepemimpinan dan 2.59 untuk motivasi yang lebih besar dari t tabel yang hanya sebesar 1.999. Sedangkan untuk variabel pelatihan mempunyai t hitung sebesar 0.116 yang lebih kecil dari t tabel 1.999 sebagai akibat variabel pelatihan tidak memiliki imbas positif serta significant terhadap variabel kineja karyawan.
