Abstract

The availability of parking space in the city of Jakarta is very limited, therefore it is necessary to have a parking building to accommodate vehicle capacity. The challenge that is often faced in the construction of high-rise buildings in Indonesia is the threat of earthquake risk. Parking buildings require a large area so that the span of column to column is long which results in a large beam height. So that the alternative that can be used is a drop panel for the space needs of passing vehicles. Knowing the performance level of parking building structures that use slabs with beams and parking buildings that use flat slabs with drop panels. In this parker building research, structures that use slab-beams have a net height of 2400 mm structures, while structures that use flat slab-drop panels have a net height of 2900 mm structures. The results of the performance level of parking building structures that use X and Y direction slabs are included in Immediate Occupancy (IO). While the results of the performance level of parking building structures that use flat slab-drop panels in the X and Y directions are included in Damage Control (DC). The results of the Pushover curve of both structures concluded that structures using flat slab-drop panels resulted in a displacement of 32% X direction and 29% Y direction than structures using slab-beam. So that structures that use slab-beam have better performance than structures that use flat slab-drop panels. Keywords: Slab, Beam, Flat Slab, Drop Panel, Pushover Analysis. Ketersedian lahan parkir pada kota Jakarta sangat terbatas, oleh karena itu perlu adanya gedung parkir untuk menampung kapasitas kendaraan. Tantangan yang sering dihadapi dalam konstruksi gedung bertingkat di Indonesia yaitu adanya ancaman risiko gempa bumi. Gedung parkir membutuhkan area yang luas sehingga bentang kolom ke kolom lainnya panjang yang mengakibatkan tinggi balok menjadi besar. Sehingga alternatif yang dapat digunakan yaitu drop panel untuk kebutuhan ruang kendaraan lewat. Mengetahui level kinerja struktur gedung parkir yang menggunakan slab dengan beam dan gedung parkir yang menggunakan flat slab dengan drop panel. Pada penelitian gedung parkir ini struktur yang menggunakan slab-beam memiliki tinggi bersih strukturnya adalah 2400 mm, sedangkan struktur yang menggunakan flat slab-drop panel memiliki tinggi bersih strukturnya adalah 2900 mm. Hasil level kinerja struktur gedung parkir yang menggunakan slab-beam arah X dan Y termasuk kedalam Immediate Occupancy (IO). Sedangkan hasil level kinerja struktur gedung parkir yang menggunakan flat slab-drop panel arah X dan Y termasuk kedalam Damage Control (DC). Hasil kurva Pushover dari kedua struktur disimpulkan bahwa struktur yang struktur yang menggunakan flat slab-drop panel menghasilkan perpindahan (displacement) yang lebih besar 32% arah X dan 29% arah Y dari struktur yang menggunakan slab-beam. Sehingga struktur yang menggunakan slab-beam memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik daripada struktur yang menggunakan flat slab-drop panel.
