Abstract

Construction of the Usuludin and Da'wah Building on the UIN-2 campus is located on Jl. General Sudirman NO. 30, Serang Banten. The construction of this project was carried out for ±35 months with a contract value of IDR 397 billion. Where the project for the construction of the UIN campus building includes the Chancellor of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten and five rectors who are members of the "6 in 1 Project". In each building, a main structure is needed, namely a strong and sturdy foundation from all laboratory tests and field tests, it is known that the soil is located at the location of the Usulludin and Da'wah building of UIN campus 2 where the land is dominated by clay or red and rocky soil (solid soil). ). the results of the calculation of the carrying capacity analysis, the researchers draw conclusions at the point BH-1 Mayerhoff method 1956 which is 23.45% while the Luciano De Court method 1976 is 16.29%, the method that is close to the PDA test results at point BH-1 is the Luciano De Court method 1976 by 16.29% percent and at the BH-2 point in the Mayerhoff 1956 method by 8.9% and while the Luciano De Court method in 1976 by 27.28%, the method that is close to the results of the PDA test at the BH-2 point is the method mayerhoff 1956 by 8.9%. The calculation of the bearing capacity where the allowable lateral force of the free end of end is 10.822 kg deflexi 12,039 mm . single pile elastic settlement at point BH-1 by the Mayerhoff method with a depth of 10 meters, 18 meters and 30 meters, 21.25 mm, 16.19 mm, 15.03 mm. By paying attention to the consolidation settlement correction for 15 cm clay soil. Pembangunan proyek ini dilakukan selama ±35 bulan dengan nilai kontrak Rp397 miliar. Dimana proyek pembangunan gedung kampus UIN meliputi Rektor UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten dan lima rektor yang tergabung dalam “Proyek 6 in 1”. Pada setiap bangunan diperlukan suatu struktur utama yaitu fondasi yang kuat dan kokoh dari segala uji laboratorium dan uji lapangan, diketahui bahwa tanah tersebut berada di lokasi gedung Usulludin dan Dakwah kampus 2 UIN dimana tanah tersebut didominasi oleh tanah liat atau tanah merah dan berbatu (solid soil). Hasil perhitungan analisis daya dukung, peneliti mengambil kesimpulan pada point BH-1 metode Mayerhoff 1956 yaitu 23,45% sedangkan metode Luciano De Court 1976 adalah 16,29%, metode yang mendekati hasil uji PDA pada titik BH-1 adalah metode Luciano De Court 1976 sebesar 16,29% persen dan pada titik BH-2 pada metode Mayerhoff 1956 sebesar 8,9% dan sedangkan metode Luciano De Court tahun 1976 sebesar 27,28%, metode yang mendekati hasil uji PDA pada titik BH-2 adalah metode mayerhoff 1956 sebesar 8,9%. Perhitungan daya dukung dimana gaya lateral yang diijinkan dari ujung jept adalah 10,822 kg Defleksi maksimum arah lateral 12,039 mm. Penurunan elastik tiang tunggal pada titik BH-1 dengan metode Mayerhoff dengan kedalaman 10 meter, 18 meter dan 30 meter, 21.25 mm, 16.19 mm, 15,03 mm. Dengan memperhatikan koreksi penurunan konsolidasi untuk tanah lempung 15cm. Kata Kunci : Fondasi, Daya Dukung, Penurunan, SPT, Gaya Lateral.
