Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance (Case Study at PT. Sastra Nara Utama). The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Sastra Nara Utama, which has 268 employees. While the type of probability sampling used in this study is simple random sampling. From a population of 268, the number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula to obtain 160 employees. The questionnaire used in this study was an online questionnaire in the form of Google Forms. In processing the data, researchers in this study will use the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) program. The results showed that workload had a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Sastra Nara Utama, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sastra Nara Utama, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sastra Nara Utama Keywords: Employee Performance, Workload, Work Motivation, Organizational Culture Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Beban Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada PT. Sastra Nara Utama). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Sastra Nara Utama yang berjumalah 268 karyawan. Sedangkan jenis probability sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Dari populasi sebanyak 268 tersebut, dilakukan perhitungan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh 160 karyawan. Kuesioner yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner berbentuk online berupa Google Forms. Dalam pengolahan datanya, peneliti di dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sastra Nara Utama, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sastra Nara Utama, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.
