Abstract

To overcome the movement of railroad traffic growth in Indonesia, especially in the Manggarai - Jatinegara Line where the line is one of the busiest routes on Jabodetabek where it can affect the geometry of the track. In fact, there are a number of geometry parameters that affect the decline in the quality of the railroad tracks, namely profile, alignment, gauge, and cant. The quality of a railroad track is defined as a numerical value representing the relative conditions of the surface geometry of the track. In this case, the track quality assessment indicator is based on the sum of the standard deviations of the four parameters so that the overall segment quality results are called the Track Quality Index (TQI). The use of TQI provides the possibility to assess indicators of railroad performance. This research was conducted to analyze the Track Quality Index based on the Indonesian Railroad Standards. In addition, an analysis using multiple linear regression was performed to find out how much these four parameters affect the TQI value. The TQI results obtained based on the Indonesian Railway Standard of 68,42 % are included in the good category while the results of multiple linear regression indicate that all four parameters has a large effect on the TQI assessment index. Untuk mengatasi pergerakan pertumbuhan lalu lintas jaringan kereta api di Indonesia, khususnya di Jalur Manggarai – Jatinegara dimana jalur tersebut merupakan salah satu rute tersibuk di Jabodetabek dimana hal itu dapat mempengaruhi kondisi geometri lintasan. Faktanya, ada beberapa parameter geometri yang mempengaruhi turunnya penurunan kualitas jalan rel diantaranya yaitu angkatan, listringan, pertinggian, dan lebar spur. Kualitas lintasan jalan rel (track) didefinisikan sebagai nilai numerik yang mewakili kondisi relatif dari geometri permukaan lintasan. Dalam hal ini, indikator penilaian kualitas lintasan berdasarkan penjumlahan standar deviasi dari keempat parameter sehingga hasil kualitas segmen secara keseluruhan disebut Indeks Kualitas Lintasan atau Track Quality Index (TQI) Penggunaan TQI memberikan kemungkinan untuk menilai indikator kinerja jalur kereta api. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Indeks Kualitas Lintasan berdasarkan Standar Perkeretaapian Indonesia. Selain itu dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui seberapa besar keempat parameter berpengaruh terhadap nilai TQI. Hasil TQI yang didapatkan berdasar Standar Perkeretaapian Indonesia sebesar 68,42 % masuk dalam kategori baik, sedangkan hasil dari regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa parameter Listringan memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap indeks penilaian TQI.
