Abstract
The pedestrian path on the side of Jalan Ir H Juanda precisely in front of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah has a fairly dense pedestrian activity. In this location, the pedestrian path switches function as a motor vehicle parking lot and does not have a path for people with disabilities and other facilities. This research was conducted with direct surveys to obtain data in analyzing pedestrian path performance and road performance, and used importance performance analysis (IPA) methods to find out what variables are needed to improve pedestrian path performance. The results showed the level of service of the pedestrian path, which is A, means pedestrians can freely determine the direction of walking. In improving the performance of walking lanes it is recommended to improve crossings, ramps or signs for people with disabilities, order on pedestrian paths, the presence of trash cans. The service level of the road segment in the research location has an average category of F with the largest saturation degree value of 1.75. Keywords: Pedestrian Path Service Level, Importance Performance Analysis, Road Segment Service Level Jalur pejalan kaki di sisi ruas Jalan Ir H Juanda tepatnya di depan UIN Syarif Hidayatullah memiliki aktvitas pejalan kaki yang cukup padat. Di lokasi ini jalur pejalan kaki beralih fungsi sebagai lahan parkir kendaraan bermotor serta belum mempunyai jalur bagi penyandang disabilitas serta fasilitas lainnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan survei langsung untuk memperoleh data-data dalam menganalisis kinerja jalur pejalan kaki dan kinerja ruas jalan, serta digunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengetahui variabel apa saja yang dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja jalur pejalan kaki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pelayanan jalur pejalan kaki yaitu A, berarti pejalan kaki dapat dengan bebas menentukan arah berjalan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja jalur perjalan kaki direkomendasikan untuk memperbaiki jalur penyeberangan, ramp atau marka untuk penyandang disabilitas, ketertiban pada jalur pejalan kaki, keberadaan tempat sampah. Tingkat pelayanan ruas jalan dilokasi penelitian memiliki kategori rata-rata F dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan terbesar yaitu 1,75.
