Abstract

Construction projects are closely related to the development of human needs. To fulfill this, construction projects must be processed professionally with good, weighty, and correct management. Therefore, we need an appropriate construction management in order to control a construction project starting from the planning stage, design stage, auction stage, implementation stage and post-implementation stage. The benefit of applying the earned value method concept that I got in this research is that before completing all project work the contractor can find out when the project will be completed with the remaining funds on the project. The cost performance of project implementation at the end of project completion from the cost aspect shows that the implementation of this project is profitable, as indicated by the positive Cost Variance (CV) indicator orthe Cost Performance Index (CPI) value of 1.107 > 1, indicating that the cost performance is good because of the cost issued (ACWP) is not greater than the value obtained (BCWP) or in other words not wasteful. Meanwhile, the project implementation time at the end of the project completion from the time aspect shows that the project implementation has accelerated as indicated by the Schedule Variance (SV) or Time Performance Index (SPI) indicator of 1.065 > 1, indicating that the work performance is as expected and is able to achieve planned work targets. Keywords: Sewage Treatment Plant, Cost Control, Time Control, Earned Value Method Proyek konstruksi sangat berhubungan erat dengan perkembangan kebutuhan hidup manusia. Untuk memenuhi hal tersebut, maka proyek konstruksi harus diolah secara profesional dengan manajemen yang baik, berbobot, dan benar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu manajemen konstruksi yang tepat agar dapat mengendalikan suatu proyek konstruksi mulai dari tahap perencanaan, tahap perancangan,tahap pelelangan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap sesudah pelaksanaan. Manfaat dari penerapan konsep metode earned value yang saya dapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah sebelum menyelesaikan seluruh pekerjaan proyek kontraktor dapat mengetahui kapan proyek tersebut akan selesai dengan dana yang tersisa pada proyek tersebut. Kinerja biaya pelaksanaan proyek pada akhir penyelesaian proyek dari aspek biaya menunjukkan pelaksanaan proyek ini megalami keuntungan, ditunjukkan dari indikator Cost Variance (CV) yang bernilai positif atau nilai Indeks Kinerja Biaya (CPI) sebesar 1,107 > 1 sehingga menunjukan bahwa kinerja biaya yang baik karena biaya yang dikeluarkan (ACWP) tidak lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai yang didapat (BCWP) atau dengan kata lain tidak boros. Sedangkan dalam waktu pelaksanaan proyek pada akhir penyelesaian proyek dari aspek waktu menunjukkan pelaksanaan proyek pengalami percepatan yang ditunjukkan oleh indikator Schedule Variance (SV) atau Indeks Kinerja Waktu/ (SPI) sebesar 1,065 > 1 sehingga menunjukan bahwa kinerja pekerjaan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan mampu mencapai target pekerjaan yang sudah direncanakan.
