Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health is one of the most important factors in a job, because in the absence of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) will undoubtedly have accidents at work that can harm both the company and the workers. As in the Lot Bidex office apartment development project in BSD Tangerang, there are several cases of work accidents that are minor or severe. This study aims to determine the effect of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) on time on the Bidex Lot project. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a survey method in the form of a questionnaire distributed to respondents who are considered to know about the application of HSE implementation in the field. The results of the analysis show that from 18 variables of safety, health and work environment, 5 variables have a significant effect on time performance. Safety, health and work environment that have the highest influence on time performance are workers knowing materials that are prone to work accidents (X2.7). Keywords: Safety, Construction, Accidents, Personal Protective Equipment, Time Keselamatan, kesehatan dan lingkungan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam suatu pekerjaan, karena dengan tidak adanya keselamatan, kesehatan dan lingkungan Kerja (K3L) tidak diragukan lagi akan terjadi kecelakaan dalam kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi waktu penyelesaian proyek. Seperti pada proyek pembangunan apartemen perkantoran Lot Bidex di BSD Tangerang terdapat beberapa kasus terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang bersifat ringan maupun berat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan, kesehatan dan lingkungan kerja (K3L) terhadap kinerja waktu pada proyek Lot Bidex. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dengan metode survey berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden yang dianggap mengetahui tentang aplikasi pelaksanaan K3L di lapangan. Data yang didapat kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan dari aplikasi SPSS. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan dari 18 variabel keselamatan, kesehatan dan lingkungan kerja, 5 variabel berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja waktu. Keselamatan, kesehatan dan lingkungan kerja yang berpengaruh paling tinggi terhadap kinerja waktu yaitu pekerja mengetahui material yang rentan terhadap kecelakaan kerja (X2.7).
