Abstract

Every construction of a construction project, cannot be separated from the danger of work accidents in the process. As experienced by the construction of the Sky House Alam Sutera Apartment project. It was recorded that from September 2020 to June 2021 there were 14 (fourteen) cases of work accidents. Although the accidents that occur are classified as low and moderate accidents, it is still necessary to analyze the risk control for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) so that in the future there will be no more work accidents (zero accidents). This study uses the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, And Risk Control (HIRARC) method with Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to identify and analyze the hazards of a job. The results of this study, obtained 7 risks that fall into the category of high risk, 17 moderate risk, and 3 low risks. The dominant risk variables from each sub-work of the upper structure are 8 risk variables. Meanwhile, risk control efforts that can be carried out based on the control hierarchy are technical control, administrative control, and the use of personal protective equipment. Keyword: Control of OSH, JSA, HIRARC, Upper Structural Work, High Rise Buildings. Setiap pembangunan suatu proyek konstruksi, tidak terlepas dari adanya bahaya kecelakaan kerja dalam proses pengerjaannya. Seperti yang dialami oleh pembangunan proyek Aparemen Sky House Alam Sutera. Tercatat dari bulan September 2020 sampai Juni 2021 ada 14 (empat belas) kasus kecelakaan kerja. Walaupun kecelakaan yang terjadi tergolong kedalam kategori kecelakaan ringan dan sedang, namun tetap perlu dilakukan analisis mengenai pengendalian risiko Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) agar untuk kedepannya tidak terdapat lagi angka kecelakaan kerja (zero accident). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, And Risk Control (HIRARC) dengan Job Safety Analysis (JSA) untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa bahaya dari suatu pekerjaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, didapat 7 risiko yang masuk kedalam kategori risiko tinggi, 17 risiko sedang, dan 3 risiko rendah. Variabel risiko yang dominan dari setiap sub pekerjaan struktur atas terdapat 8 variabel risiko. Sedangkan upaya pengendalian risiko yang dapat dilakukan berdasarkan hierarki kontrol adalah pengendalian teknis, pengendalian administratif, dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri Kata Kunci: Pengendalian K3, JSA, HIRARC, Pekerjaan Struktur Atas, Bangunan Tinggi.
