Abstract

Based on the realization schedule and the planned schedule in the construction of box girder cast in site production, it can be seen and shows that in production in the field there are work delays, where one of the factors indicating the cause of the delay is due to the lack of maximum labor productivity at work. For this reason, an evaluation is needed in analyzing the level of labor productivity. This research uses work sampling method and Labor Utilization Factor (LUF) method to analyze the data. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of productivity of the workforce on box girder jobs in the field. This research was conducted in the High Speed Railway Jakarta-Bandung project which was carried out by observation or observing the activities of workers in the field. From the results of data collection, data processing was carried out to obtain the LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) value. From the results of the analysis from the worker activities in the box girder production work cycle which was obtained for 22 days, the value of the Labor Utilization Factor (LUF) was obtained at 63.080% where the productivity of the workers from the box girder production worker group was still quite effective because the LUF value showed more than 50%, but still shows that it is still below 75% which is where the LUF value of the workers can still be maximized. From the results obtained by the researcher regarding the percentage value of the Labor Utilization Factor (LUF) in the box girder production work, there are indications of delays so that overtime work is needed to catch up with the work schedule. Because the LUF value obtained shows less than 75%. Keywords : Productivity, Labor, LUF, Work Sampling Berdasarkan jadwal realisasi dan jadwal rencana dalam pembangunan produksi box girder cast in site, dapat dilihat dan menunjukkan bahwa dalam produksi di lapangan mengalami keterlambatan pekerjaan, yang dimana salah satu faktor indikasi penyebab keterlambatan tersebut dikarenakan kurang maksimalnya produktivitas tenaga kerja dalam bekerja. Untuk itu dibutuhkan evaluasi dalam menganalisis tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode work sampling dan metode Labour Utilization Factor (LUF) untuk menganalisis data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas dari tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan box girder di lapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi atau mengamati aktivitas dari para pekerja di lapangan. Dari hasil pengumpulan data dilakukan proses pengolahan data untuk mendapatkan nilai LUF (Labor Utilization Factor). Dari hasil analisis aktivitas para tenaga kerja pada siklus pekerjaan produksi box girder yang didapatkan selama 22 hari, besarnya nilai Labour Utilization Factor (LUF) didapatkan sebesar 63.080 % yang dimana produktivitas para pekerja dari kelompok pekerja produksi box girder masih tergolong cukup efektif dikarenakan nilai LUF menunjukkan lebih dari 50 %, tetapi masih menunjukkan bahwa masih dibawah 75 % yang dimana nilai LUF para pekerja masih dapat dimaksimalkan. Dari hasil yang didapatkan peneliti mengenai nilai persentase Labour Utilization Factor (LUF) pada pekerjaan produksi box girder ini terlihat indikasi terjadinya keterlambatan sehingga butuh dilakukannya pekerjaan lembur untuk mengejar schedule pekerjaan. Dikarenakan nilai LUF yang didapatkan menunjukan kurang dari 75 %. Kata Kunci : Produktivitas, Tenaga Kerja, LUF, Work Sampling
