Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of implementing 5C on the decision to grant credit at PT BRI Krekot Branch Office. This study measures 1) the effect of Character on the decision to grant credit 2) The effect of Capacity on the decision to grant credit. 3) The influence of Capital on credit granting decisions. 4) Collateral effect on credit granting decisions. 5) The effect of Condition on credit granting decisions. This research is a quantitative research with analytical methods using PLS-SEM. The population of this study were employees of PT BRI Krekot Branch Office, with a sample of 100 samples of all employees of PT BRI Krekot Branch Office. The sample technique used is the saturated sample technique. Retrieval of data using questionnaires and a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate 1) Character has a positive and significant effect. 2) Capacity has a positive and significant effect on the decision to grant credit 3) Capital has a positive and significant effect on the decision to grant credit 4) Collateral has a positive and significant effect on the decision to grant credit 5) Condition has had a positive and significant effect on the decision to grant credit. Keywords: Implementation of 5C, Credit granting decisions Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas implementasi 5C terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit pada PT BRI Kantor Cabang Krekot. Penelitian ini mengukur 1) pengaruh Character terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit 2) Pengaruh Capacity terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit. 3) Pengaruh Capital terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit. 4) Pengaruh Collateral terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit. 5) Pengaruh Condition terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitafi dengan metode analisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT BRI Kantor Cabang Krekot, dengan sampelnya adalah seluruh karyawan PT BRI Kantor Cabang Krekot sebanyak 100 sampel. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Pengambilan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner dan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Character berpnegaruh secara positif dan signifikan. 2)Capacity berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit 3) Capital berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit 4) Collateral berpengaruh secara positif dan sginifikan terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit 5)Condition berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit.
