Abstract

The Serpong Lakeville housing estate is part of the administrative area of Sukamulya Village, Rumpin District. The geographical location of Serpong Lakeville Housing is at 6º21'30" south latitude and 106º38'24" east longitude. Land conversion has become a trend of problems that must be faced in Rumpin District. One of them is Serpong Lakeville Housing. The housing is a land conversion which was originally a plantation area to become housing. From the data obtained, it is known that the existing condition of drainage in Serpong Lakeville Housing is still in quite good condition and in the course of time the housing experienced inundation in several areas due to heavy rainfall. The inundation that occurred in the Serpong Lakeville housing area was due to the presence of several dimensions of the channel that could not accommodate the rain discharge. Infiltration wells can be used as an alternative solution to reduce surface runoff and help fill groundwater for water reserves (aquifers) in the Serpong Lakeville Residential area. Based on calculations using SNI 03-2453-2002, Serpong Lakeville housing requires 17 infiltration wells with a circular cross-section of 0.8 meters in diameter and 1 meter in depth. In area 15 there are 11 infiltration wells, and in area 18 there are 7 infiltration wells. Keywords: Infiltration Well, Rain, Runoff Discharge Perumahan Serpong Lakeville menjadi bagian dari wilayah administrasi Kelurahan Sukamulya Kecamatan Rumpin. Letak geografis Perumahan Serpong Lakeville berada di 6º21’30” lintang selatan dan 106º38’24” bujur timur. Alih fungsi lahan sudah menjadi trend permasalahan yang harus dihadapi di Kecamatan Rumpin. Salah satunya adalah Perumahan Serpong Lakeville. Perumahan tersebut merupakan suatu alih fungsi lahan yang awalnya merupakan area perkebunan menjadi menjadi perumahan. Dari data yang diperoleh, diketahui bahwa kondisi eksisting drainase di Perumahan Serpong Lakeville masih dalam kondisi cukup baik dan dalam perjalanannya waktu perumahan tersebut mengalami genangan dibeberapa wilayah tersebut akibat curah hujan yang lebat. Genangan yang terjadi di wilayah Perumahan Serpong Lakeville dikarenakan adanya beberapa dimensi saluran yang tidak dapat menampung debit hujan. Sumur resapan dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu solusi alternatif untuk mengurangi limpasan permukaan dan membantu mengisi air tanah untuk cadangan air (akuifer) di wilayah Perumahan Serpong Lakeville. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan SNI 03-2453-2002 Perumahan Serpong Lakeville memerlukan 18 titik sumur resapan dengan penampang lingkaran diameter 0,8 meter dan kedalaman 1 meter. Pada area 15 terdapat 11 titik sumur resapan, dan pada area 18 terdapat 7 titik sumur resapan. Kata kunci: Sumur Resapan, Hujan, Debit Limpasan Permukaan
