Abstract

Every successful project must have proper planning, detailed thinking, and good management. In construction, one important factor is formwork. Where the quality of construction is very dependent on the formwork used. Therefore, the selection of the appropriate construction formwork method is used in order to meet the need for effective and efficient time achievement. Among them are residential apartments, hotels, flats, infrastructure and so on. In planning a building or infrastructure, various methods and strategies are needed to achieve the target completion on time, resulting in a sturdy and beautiful building quality. This research method is a comparison of the two methods of bekiting against time in the Cisauk Point Apartment project. The formwork being compared is conventional formwork and aluminum formwork at the Cisauk Point Apartment project which is located on Jl. Raya Cisauk-Lapan, Cibogo Village, Kec. Cisauk, Kab. Tangerang. This building is planned to have a building with two basement floors and twenty nine floors of vertical towers. The formwork used is conventional formwork and aluminum formwork. For the analysis of time, the authors use the critical path method (CPM). The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison between aluminum formwork and conventional formwork against time. The implementation time of aluminum formwork is relatively faster than conventional formwork. Using aluminum formwork takes 83 working days and is 9 days faster than using conventional formwork which takes 74 working days. If you look at the implementation of the work, the use of aluminum formwork is more suitable for use in buildings with the same typical shape compared to conventional formwork. Based on the implementation cost using conventional formwork method is Rp. 2,848,192,155.00, while using aluminum formwork is Rp. 3,174,750,180.00 . And has a deviation of Rp. 326,558,025.00 with the percentage difference between the two formworks is 11.47% against conventional formwork. This means that using aluminum formwork is more expensive (deviation) of Rp. 370,054,854.59, but the contractor considers the implementation time is faster and the potential for rework is small. Setiap proyek yang sukses harus ada perencanaan yang tepat, pemikiran rinci, dan manajemen yang baik. Dalam konstruksi salah satu faktor penting adalah bekisting (formwork). Dimana kualitas konstruksi sangat tergantung pada bekisting yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan metode bekisting konstruksi yang tepat digunakan dengan tujuan memenuhi kebutuhan pencapaian waktu yang efektif dan efisien. Diantaranya adalah hunian apartement, hotel, rumah susun,infrastruktur dan sebagainya. Dalam merencanakan suatu bangunan gedung atau infrastruktur diperlukan berbagai macam metode dan strategi untuk mancapai target penyelesaian yang tepat waktu, menghasilkan kualitas bangunan yang kokoh dan indah. Metode penelitian ini merupakan perbandingan dua metode bekiting terhadap waktu pada proyek Apartemen Cisauk Point. Bekisting yang dibandingkan adalah conventional formwork dan aluminium formwork pada proyek Apartemen Cisauk Point yang berlokasi di Jl. Raya Cisauk-Lapan, Desa Cibogo, Kec. Cisauk, Kab. Tangerang. Gedung ini direncanakan memiliki bangunan dengan dua lantai basement dan dua puluh Sembilan lantai tower vertikal. Bekisting (formwork) yang digunakan adalah conventional formwork dan aluminium formwork. Untuk analisis terhadap waktu, penulis menggunakan metode critical path method (CPM). Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara aluminium formwork dan conventional formwork terhadap waktu. Dalam segi waktu pelaksanaan aluminium formwork relatif lebih cepat daripada conventional formwork. Dengan menggunakan menggunakan formwork alumunium membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan 83 hari kerja dan lebih cepat 9 hari kerja dibandingkan dengan waktu menggunakan formwork konvensional yang membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan 74 hari kerja. Jika melihat dari sisi pelaksanaan pekerjaan, penggunaan aluminium formwork lebih cocok digunakan pada gedung dengan bentuk tipikal yang sama di bandingkan dengan conventional formwork. Berdasarkan biaya pelaksanaan menggunakan metode conventional formwork adalah sebesar Rp. 2.848.192.155,00, sedangkan menggunakan aluminium formwork sebesar Rp. 3.174.750.180,00 . Dan memiliki deviasi Rp. 326.558.025,00 dengan prosentase selisih dari kedua formwork tersebut adalah 11,47% terhadap conventional formwork. Artinya dengan menggunakan aluminium formwork lebih mahal (deviasi) sebesar Rp. 370.054.854,59, akan tetapi kontraktor mempertimbangkan terhadap waktu pelaksanaan yang lebih cepat dan potensi rework yang kecil.
