Abstract

Jakarta is the Capital City and the largest city in Indonesia, TransJakarta since 2004 has served several areas of the Capital City of Jakarta. One of the important routes is the Lebak Bulus – Dukuh Atas route, but the level of competition with the Jakarta MRT is still quite high. To find out the probability of people choosing Jakarta MRT used analysis of the logit model and several choices of travel scenarios (cost, time and headway). The result of this study is known that the best scenario to be applied is who chooses TransJakarta in scenario 6 which is as much as 92.9% with a tariff difference of Rp. 8,500, a time difference of -30 minutes and a headway difference of 0 minutes. For the lowest scenario that chooses TransJakarta, scenario 1 is 79.7% with a tariff difference of Rp. 10,500, a time difference of 0 minutes and a headway difference of 10 minutes. Meanwhile, for the best scenario that chooses MRTJakarta, there is a scenario 1 of 20.3% with a fare difference of Rp. 10,500, a time difference of 0 minutes and a headway difference of 10 minutes. The lowest scenario that chooses MRTJakarta is scenario 6 of 7.2% with a fare difference of Rp. 8,500, a time difference of -45 minutes and a headway difference of 0 minutes. From the results of sensitivity test analysis that the most sensitive attributes affect the probability of mode selection is cost and time. In choosing the mode between TransJakarta and MRTJakarta, the majority of respondents chose TransJakarta mode with the change in cost and time attributes greatly influenced the selection of TransJakarta mode with MRTJakarta. Keywords: Binomial Logit Differences, Mode Selection, Stated Preference, MRT Jakarta Jakarta adalah Ibu Kota Negara dan kota terbesar di Indonesia, TransJakarta sejak tahun 2004 telah melayani beberapa wilayah Ibu Kota Jakarta. Salah satu rute pentingnya adalah rute Lebak Bulus – Dukuh Atas, namun tingkat kompetisi dengan MRT Jakarta masih cukup tinggi. Untuk mengetahui probabilitas orang yang memilih MRT Jakarta digunakan analisa dari model logit dan beberapa pilihan skenario perjalanan (biaya, waktu dan headway). Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa skenario terbaik untuk diterapkan adalah yang memilih TransJakarta terdapat pada skenario 6 yaitu sebanyak 92,9% dengan selisih tarif Rp. 8.500, selisih waktu -30 menit dan selisih headway 0 menit. Untuk skenario terendah yang memilih TransJakarta yaitu skenario 1 sebesar 79,7% dengan selisih tarif Rp. 10.500, selisih waktu 0 menit dan selisih headway 10 menit. Sementara itu untuk skenario terbaik yang memilih MRTJakarta terdapat pada skenario 1 yaitu sebanyak 20,3% dengan selisih tarif Rp. 10.500, selisih waktu 0 menit dan selisih headway 10 menit. Untuk skenario terendah yang memilih MRTJakarta yaitu skenario 6 sebesar 7,2% dengan selisih tarif Rp. 8.500, selisih waktu -45 menit dan selisih headway 0 menit. Dari hasil analisa uji sensitivitas bahwa atribut yang paling sensitif mempengaruhi probabilitas pemilihan moda adalah biaya dan waktu. Dalam pemilihan moda antara TransJakarta dengan MRTJakarta mayoritas responden cendrung memilih moda TransJakarta dengan adanya perubahan atribut biaya dan waktu sangat mempengaruhi pemilihan moda TransJakarta dengan MRTJakarta.
