Abstract

The PIK 2 Pusat Sepeda is a place that facilitates cyclists in the North Jakarta area. PIK 2 is a major project towards island reclamation. Inside there are housing, tourist attractions, toll road access and elite apartments. However, there are deficiencies that the Pusat Sepeda does not pay attention to. One of the proofs is the survey visit which assesses that there is still a shortage of signage at the Pusat Sepeda. In addition, the interior of the bicycle center building is still lacking in facilitating bicycle users, resulting in a lack of interest from the cycling community to visit. The atmosphere and appearance of the Pusat Sepeda building is still too simple and unattractive and does not reflect the essence of bicycles. Research research at the Pusat Sepeda at Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 resulted in the conclusion that there is still a lack of facilities provided by the Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 Pusat Sepeda. Therefore, the authors will design a new, more attractive design and provide a special appearance with a modern futuristic theme. After the authors conducted a survey at the location of the Pusat Sepeda at Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, things that could be improved were the addition of facilities for bicycle users, more exclusive spatial planning, updating of themes and adding signage. The facilities that need to be added are a playground for cycling in the Pusat Sepeda area, a gathering point for cyclists who pass through or use the Pusat Sepeda as a stop, as well as a drive thru bicycle repair shop for cyclists who want to quickly repair their bicycles so they can return to cycling immediately. Keywords: Facilities, Pusat Sepeda, Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 Pusat Sepeda PIK 2 adalah tempat yang memfasilitasi para pesepeda yang berada di wilayah Jakarta Utara. PIK 2 merupakan proyek besar terhadap pulau reklamasi. Didalamnya terdapat perumahan, tempat wisata, akses jalan tol dan apartemen yang elit. Namun ada kekurangan yang tidak diperhatikan oleh pihak Pusat Sepeda, salah satu buktinya adalah kunjungan survey yang menilai bahwa masih ada kekurangan pada signage di Pusat Sepeda. Selain itu interior gedung pusat sepeda masih kurang dalam memfasilitasi pengguna sepeda sehingga kurangnya minat masyarakat pesepeda untuk berkunjung. Suasana dan tampilan dalam gedung pusat sepeda masih terlalu sederhana dan kurang menarik dan kurang mencerminkan esensi sepeda. Riset penelitian yang ada di Pusat Sepeda di Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa masih kurangnya fasilitas yang disediakan oleh Pusat Sepeda Pantai Indah Kapuk 2. Maka dari itu penulis akan merancang dengan desain yang baru, lebih menarik dan memberikan tampilan yang istimewa dengan tema modern futuristic. Setelah penulis melakukan survey pada lokasi Pusat Sepeda di Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 maka hal yang dapat ditingkatkan yaitu penambahan fasilitas untuk pengguna sepeda, penataan ruang yang lebih esklusif, pembaruan tema dan penambahan signage. Adapun fasilitas yang perlu ditambahkan yaitu playground untuk bersepeda pada area Pusat Sepeda, titik kumpul untuk pengguna sepeda yang melewati atau menjadikan Pusat Sepeda sebagai perhentian, serta bengkel sepeda drive thru untuk pesepeda yang ingin memperbaiki sepedanya secara cepat agar dapat segera kembali bersepeda.
