Abstract
Human resources are an important asset in achieving success in a company. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment, communication, and adversity quotient on employee performance in the Work From Home work system. This study uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique is the Saturated Sample to all employees of PT. Wahana Senjaya Jakarta who did the Work From Home as many as 48 people. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, model accuracy test, and hypothesis testing. Data processing using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study showed that the work environment variable had no effect on employee performance, communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and Adversity Quotient had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Communication, Adversity Quotient, Employee Performance, Work From Home Sumber daya manusia merupakan asset penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan pada suatu perusahaan. Tujuan penelitia ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, dan adversity quotient terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada system kerja Work From Home . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan Sample Jenuh kepada seluruh karyawan PT. Wahana Senjaya Jakarta yang melakukan Work From Home sejumlah 48 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, ujij ketepatan model, dan uji hipotesis. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variable lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Adversity Quotient berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
