Abstract
The goal of this research is to understand and analyse the effect of Free Cash Flow, Return On Asset and modle structure towards divident policy. Independent variables that is used in this research are Free Cash Flow, Return on Asset, and Modle Structure and Divident Policy as a dependent variables. The population used in this research are Industrial Sector for Goods and Consumption, that is listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Technique that is used to gather samples within this research is purposive Sampling. There are lots of samples that is in corespondance to the research criteria based on 15 companies. Based on the research, the outcome of the research shows that Free Case Flow effects toward dividents, Return On Asset has an effect towards the divident policy, Modle Structure is ot effected by the divident policy. Key word : Free Cash Flow, Return On Asset (ROA), Modle Structure, Divident Policy Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Free Cash Flow, Return On Asset dan Struktur Modal Terhadap Kebijakan Deviden. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Free Cash Flow, Return On Asset, dan Sturktur Modal dan kebijkan deviden sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang dan Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Banyaknya sampel yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan adalah sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa Free Cash Flow berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan deviden, Return On Asset berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan deviden, struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan deviden. Kata kunci : Free Cash Flow, Return On Asset (ROA), Struktur Modal, Kebijakan Deviden
