Abstract

Implementation of operational activities, each division often submits permit require authorization from other divisions, starting from requesting permits for purchasing goods, repairing company assets, to announcements that are to be conveyed to each division. The process in its completion will greatly affect the operation if the permit request is delayed, and an ineffective archive data system will have an operational impact if at any time it is necessary to search for documents related to the permit request process. Information system of permit application becomes a solution in the permit requests and archive data process at PT. Tumbuh Sukses Makmur in the West Jakarta branch, in the form of online permit requests system design. In designing this of system, it can simplify the process of requesting permits that exist between divisions by filling in all approvers according to the order of the procedure, filling in the contents of the core submission, filling in the contents of the submission in full, filling in who will do the task after getting approval from the approvers, filling in to who forms will be distributed after obtaining approval and monitoring the permit requests process in real-time so that the report results are properly captured and simplify the permit requests process from the requestor to approvers which can then be distributed to related parties effectively. Key words: Permit Requests, RAD Method, Information System Design Pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional seringkali setiap divisi melakukan pengajuan perizinan yang memerlukan pengesahan dari divisi lain, mulai dari permintaan perizininan pembelian barang, perbaikan aset perusahaan, sampai dengan pengumuman yang ingin di sampaikan kepada setiap divisi. Proses dalam penyelesaiannya akan sangat berdampak pada operasional jika permintaan perizinan mengalami keterlambatan atau penundaan, serta sistem pengarsipan yang kurang efektif akan berdampak pada operasional jika sewaktu-waktu dibutuhkan pencarian documen yang berkaitan dengan proses permintaan perizinan tersebut. Sistem informasi permintaan perizinan menjadi solusi dalam proses permintaan perizinan dan pengarsipan pada PT. Tumbuh Sukses Makmur di cabang Jakarta Barat, berupa perancangan sistem permintaan perizinan secara online. Dalam perancangan sistem ini dapat mempermudah proses permintaan perizininan yang ada antar divisi dengan cara mengisi siapa saja approvers sesuai urutan prosedur, mengisikan isi dari inti pengajuan, mengisi isi pengajuan secara lengkap, mengisi kepada siapa yang akan mengerjakan tugas setelah mendapatkan pengesahan dari approvers, mengisi kepada siapa form akan dibagikan setelah mendapat persetujuan dan memonitoring proses permintaan perizinan secara real-time sehingga hasil laporan terekap dengan baik dan dapat mempermudah proses permintaan perizinan dari requestor kepada approvers yang kemudian dapat didistribusikan ke pihak terkait secara efektif.
