Abstract
This study aims to determine the EFFECT of Talent Management, Knowledge Management and Work Culture on the Performance of the Indonesian Navy (Pushidrosal) Center for Hydrographic and Oceanography Survey Unit. The research design used in this study was an explanatory research Design, that was carried out quantitatively. To obtain complete and relevant data, in addition to primary data in the form of surveys, researchers also use secondary data in the form of data issued by Permenpam RB 2015. The research objectives are to find and analyze the effect of talent management on the performance of the Pushidrosal survey unit, to analyze the influence of knowledge management on unit performance of Pushidrosal survey unit, analyzes the influence of work culture on the performance of the Pushidrosal survey unit, and analyzes the effect of talent management, knowledge management and work culture simultaneously on the performance of the Pushidrosal survey unit. The results showed that: 1) Talent management does not have a significant influence on organization performance with a positive relationship. 2) Knowledge Management, has a positive and significant effect on organization performance. 3) Work Culture does not have a significant influence on organization performance and the direction of the positive relationship. 4) Talent Management, Knowledge Management and Work Culture together have a significant effect on organization performance. Key Word: Talent Management, Knowledge Management, work culture, organization performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui PENGARUH Manajemen Talenta, Manajemen Pengetahuan dan Budaya Kerja terhadap Kinerja Satuan Survey Pusat Hidrografi dan Oceanografi TNI Angkatan Laut (Pushidrosal). Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan penelitian eksplanatori yang dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Untuk mendapatkan data yang lengkap dan relevan, disamping data primer berupa survey peneliti juga menggunakan data sekunder berupa data yang dikeluarkan oleh Permenpam RB tahun 2015. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja satuan survei Pushidrosal, menganalisis pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja satuan survey Pushidrosal, menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja satuan survei Pushidrosal, dan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen talenta, manajemen pengetahuan dan budaya kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja satuan survey Pushidrosal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Talent management tidak memberikan perngaruh signifikan terhadap organization performance dengan arah hubungan positif. 2) Knowledge Management, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organization performance. 3) Budaya Kerja tidak memberikan perngaruh signifikan terhadap organization performance dengan arah hubungan positif. 4) Talent Management, Knowledge Management dan Budaya Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap organization performance.
