Abstract
This study is to analyze the effect of work stress, workload and job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT Trans Dana Perdana Jakarta. The object of this research is the employees of PT Trans Dana Perdana Jakarta. This research was conducted on 80 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample, where all members of the population are sampled. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Job Stress, Workload, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada PT Trans Dana Perdana Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Trans Dana Perdana Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Turnover Intention
