Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Growth Opportunity, and Managerial Ownership on Firm Value with CapitalSstructure as an intervening variable in LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2021. This research uses quantitative research using a proposive sampling method. The selected sample numbered 17 sample companies with 68 observation data. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research used the IBM SPSS 26 program. The results showed that Return On Equity and Growth Opportunity had a significant positive effect on Firm Value while Current Ratio and Managerial Ownership had no effect on The value of the company. Testing of intervening variables also shows that Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Growth Opportunity and Managerial Ownership have no effect on Firm Value through Capital Structure. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh Return On Equity, Current Ratio, growth opportunity, dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode proposive sampling. Sampel yang terpilih berjumlah 17 sampel perusahaan dengan data observasi sebanyak 68. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan program IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Return On Equity dan Growth Opportunity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan sedangkan Current Ratio dan Kepemilikan Manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Pengujian variabel intervening juga menunjukan bahwa Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Growth Opportunity dan Kepemilikan Manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan melalui Struktur Modal.
