Abstract

The dynamics of the field in the construction process make changes to the completion of the work. This will result in delays in project completion. Therefore, in addition to cost control, time control on construction work is very important. Controlling time on construction work here is to get optimal results at the completion of construction work. The purpose and objective of this study is to analyze the duration of work for the addition of units J and K starting from the 9th floor which was previously unit E. The scheduling method used in this study is to use the LoB (LINE OF BALANCE) and M-PERT (MANUAL-PROGRAM) scheduling methods EVALUATION AND REVIEW TECHNIQUE). By using a comparison of these two methods it is expected to provide optimal results on the completion of construction work on units J and K. In this study the results obtained are, research using the LoB (LINE OF BALANCE) method for unit J is 715 day and unit K, namely 644 days. While the research used the M-PERT (MANUAL PROGRAM AND REVIEW TECHNIQUE) method for unit J, namely 625.4 days with a standard deviation of 42.24 days and unit K of 583.667 with a standard deviation of 19.267 days. Keywords: Time control, LoB method, M-PERT method Dinamika lapangan pada proses pelaksanaan konstruksi membuat perubahan pada penyelesaian pekerjaan. Ini akan berakibat terlambatnya penyelesaian proyek. Oleh karena itu disamping pengendalian biaya, pengendalian waktu pada pekerjaan konstruksi sangatlah penting. Pengendalian waktu pada pekerjaan konstruksi disini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal pada penyelesaian pekerjaan konstruksi. Maksud dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis durasi pekerjaan penambahan unit J dan K yang dimulai dari lantai 9 yang dulunya merupakan unit E. Metode penjadwalan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penjadwalan LoB (LINE OF BALANCE) dan M-PERT (MANUAL PROGRAM EVALUATION AND REVIEW TECHNIQUE).dengan menggunakan perbandingan dua metode ini diharapkan dapat memberikan hasil yang optimal pada penyelesaian pekerjaan konstruksi unit J dan K. Pada penelitian ini hasil yang didapatkan adalah, penelitian dengan menggunakan metode LoB (LINE OF BALANCE) Untuk unit J yaitu 715 hari dan unit K yaitu 644 hari hari. Sedangkan penelitian menggunakan metode M-PERT (MANUAL PROGRAM AND REVIEW TECHNIQUE) untuk unit J yaitu 625,4 hari dengan simpangan baku 42,24 hari dan unit K yaitu 583,667 dengan simpangan baku 19,267 hari.
